Mitchell’s accounting/bookkeeping procedures are designed to to be streamlined and meaningful. We understand that restaurant operators need information that they can trust and rely upon to turn plans into actions.
1) Each week the invoices and Weekly Sales Reports are mailed to Mitchell. We ask that the client enclose the payroll check register and payroll summary for each payroll.
2) The checks are processed based on the vendor’s payment schedule.
3) The checks are signed by Mitchell and mailed (if cash allows).
4) Mitchell maintains vendor history and deals directly with the client’s vendors.
5) Paid invoices are returned to the client for filing.
6) Review the check register and cash balance worksheet provided by Mitchell.
1) Processed according to the client schedule (monthly and or in four week periods).
